What courses are offered at TAFE?
TAFE institutes provide courses that lead to the following qualifications:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, and Associate Degrees
- provide high-level technical or management skills
- offer credit to many universities in NSW and Queensland
- assist in upgrading work skills
- assist in entering or re-entering the workforce at a more qualified level
- provide a pathway to further study at university.
Certificates III and IV
- provide a broad range of skills within a variety of tasks and roles
- help prepare students for autonomous and supervisory roles within the workplace
- provide a pathway to further study at diploma level.
Certificates I and II
- entry-level qualifications that provide preparatory skills, and application or knowledge at a basic level
- assist in gaining an apprenticeship/traineeship
- provide a pathway to work or further study.

In NSW, apply to the TAFE in Kingscliff directly or online through the link below.
In Queensland, you could apply for full-time TAFE diplomas, advanced diplomas, associate degrees and some certificate courses through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC), or you could apply to Gold Coast TAFE through the link below.
