Enrolment Policy, Information and Forms
To lodge an enrolment application for your son or daughter, please return the following:
- Completed Enrolment Application form (available here).
- Photocopy only of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy only of Sacramental Program Certificates: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist (if applicable)
- Photocopy only of the last two School Reports
- A copy of the latest NAPLAN result
- $55.00 non-refundable enrolment application fee
Note that enrolment applications are open to students from Year 4 and above only. Enrolment for Year 7 of the following year should be received by the end of May in order to be considered for the first round of interviews.
